If you are not satisfied with our products you may choose to be refunded the cost you paid for your initial order items if they are returned in the original condition and packaging. If for any reason you are not happy with your order we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 1 week from shipment date for sweat belts and vest. Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging. Active wear is also accepted for returns and exchange within 2 days from shipment date in new, unused condition with original packaging. You must contact firstname.lastname@example.org prior to return/exchange products to us. We will not process your refund or exchange request with early notification.
